DR. DAVID KOPECKI: As well as with the restorative function, it is important that we pay attention to the aesthetics of the case. So with everything that I do, whether it be a denture, whether it be an implant based restoration, natural appearance and aesthetics is one of the highest priorities. At a prosthodontic consultation, it is important to communicate with the patient and decide with the patient what their needs are and what types of restoration is suitable for them. But often there are many various options that a patient can have. And determining what that option is, is based on the patient’s needs and wants and expectations.
