CINDY: Hi, my name is Cindy. I’m a dental assistant here at the Exton Dental Health Group in the Pennsylvania Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. I have been a dental assistant for 26 years. I have been at Exton Dental for the last 4 years. Dr. Scharf and I work very well together. I try to work on all the cosmetic patients with him. I find such a satisfaction in doing cosmetic dentistry. And when I started working here, cosmetics was something I wanted to get into and was very excited about it. And I think I am very fortunate to have found two masters in the field of dentistry. I love coming to work. We have a lot of fun.

One of my main concerns is patient comfort. I am with you through the whole procedure, the whole time you are in the room. I want to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. And I promise anything you tell me, I make sure the doctor listens to. So my main job is to make sure you are happy, you feel confident in your services, and to take care of any problems or needs you have.

I love working with Dr. Scharf and Dr. Kopecki. I find not only are they impeccable dentists, they are very kind to their patients, they are good listeners which I find is a very important thing for a dentist to actually listen to what a patient wants, they are trustworthy. Although dentistry is very fearful for a lot of people, we have a lot of fun here. And we try to make our patients comfortable and enjoy our surroundings.

Working with Dr. Scharf and Dr. Kopecki is just a fun experience every day here. And it is like having a whole new family.

When you come to Exton Dental, you can expect to be treated courteously, kindly. The doctors will give you the best service, dental service you can get. And I have seen patients come in that were not happy. And I have seen them leave with a smile on their face and that is our goal. And I just want everyone to come in and lets change dentistry and make it enjoyable to come to and everybody smile on their way in as well as their way out.
