DR. JONATHAN SCHARF: I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1972. I started my own practice in 1973 right here in Exton. It was my personal goal to have the premiere practice, quality oriented preventive dental practice and that commitment has never left. In 1982, I organized the Smile Center and the Image Improvement Center for Chester County which was really focused on putting the smile and the teeth in relationship to beauty and health with the rest of the body. Since that time, I’ve been very involved with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and focusing much more on the cosmetic dental aspect of comprehensive dental treatment as well as restorative dentistry and the adjunctive procedures that go along with cosmetic dentistry.

More recently, we have formed and I am the founder of the Pennsylvania Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. And the name speaks for itself. It is my devotion and dedication for the art and science of cosmetic dentistry and making the people in the State of Pennsylvania and surrounding areas look and feel their very best through the art and science of cosmetic dentistry.
